Battlefield 4 boots me back to XBOX One dashboard and won't connect to games

Hi, I got the XBOX One and Battlefield 4 on November 22nd and played around 50 games in the first three or four days...no problem 🙂 Then I suddenly started being kicked from games on LIVE, I would be taken right back to the XBOX One dashboard. When I returned to Battlefield it started the game from the original Battlefield title screen. Ever since then I've been struggling to get into any matches on LIVE and when I do I usually get sent back to the dashboard, and have to start from the title screen again, before the game has finished.

Today I decided to play the Campaign as I thought this was a multiplayer issue. However when I went on 'Resume' in the campaign menu I got kicked back to the XBOX One dashboard again. I have tried various things I've seen on the internet, including unplugging everything to clear the RAM and then restarting, but nothing has worked and I still keep getting kicked to the dashboard.

This has not happened on FIFA 14 or Forza...both of which are download versions. My copy of Battlefield is a disc version if this makes any difference.

I hope you can help solve this problem as I have no way of playing Battlefield at the moment, not even single player.

    This is getting to be ridiculous I had to go buy call of duty ghosts and that's sad BF4 was supposed to be awesome now it's just a coaster for drinks on the coffee table very upset I spent $60 on a game that doesn't work at all

    Hi,

    Currently a game client patch for the Xbox One is being rolled out, so this may have been the reason why you are currently unable to join any servers.

    Off topic but why in hardcore mode in Bf4 on the xbox one when you snipe someone with a body shot it sometimes is a one shot kill and sometimes theirs only 1 % health left.....Its really annoying so u guys try to fix it so its a one shot kill!!!!!!...

    It is now December 21 and I the most recent patch was installed.  Battlefield 4 is the only game on the X Box One that will have this behavior. 

    It just will not start up. It is not my router or the NAT settings. The intent of having a gaming system not PC is to take out all the technical understandings CPU and GPU capabilities, settings viruses ect so gamers can just play the game. This is a real disappointment as I really enjoy playing the game and have not been able to now for the second night. I hope this issue is resolved ASAP . It will be a big disappointment to all those gamers who will receive this game for Christmas and not have the ability to even play. Hope they got a couple other games that they will be able to play. 

    I was able to play last week with hit and miss ability to join the servers but it is a miss miss now for the whole game..
