My game is fixed download the 13.11 AMD Beta drivers and reboot!
Exact same problem post-patch. The game ran flawlessly and crash-free before this patch. Now it crashes the PC (blue screen) between every single multiplayer map. This is 100% a problem with the patch, not our hardware. BF3 runs flawlessly as does every other title I own. Note, BF4 never crashed previous to this patch.

Community ManagerI have looked further into this and have found that the issue ( BAD_POOL_CALLER ) may be caused by VPN software. If you are using such then either update it to the latest available version or remove it from your system.
