[BF4] Dice Camo Parcel Storm unlock/Easter Egg not working.

Hey ppl, I tried the get the Dice Camo/Uniform from doing the Parcel Storm Easter Egg. I got hit by the lightning and then ran over to the tree to snipe the light in the water but it never appeared. I did it on multiple servers with at least 6 players and from the start of the game. I asked around on a few discords and was told it is broken and doesn't trigger anymore. 

Is this true? Will it be fixed? Who could I contact about it to have a look at fixing the issue?

    The issue has been reported by players previously, no other information is available at the moment.

    Hi there, I’m hoping somebody can turn me the correct direction on this topic but, the Megaladon Easter egg on Paracel Storm isn’t working, I’m wondering if there’s a way to reach support on this or contact someone at EA about this. I’ve messaged Julian aka @jjju on X (Twitter) about the issue but so far he’s ignored my message/post I sent him, I know he was the main lead/architect for BF4 Easter Eggs. Only thing I can think of is more people send/message him on X about the issue…
