Battlefield 4 Campaign Progress Gone!!!

I've had the same problem! I have restarted the campaign 3 times now!! HELP!

I want my money back if they don't fix this in the next 24 hours.  I'm having this problem with both campaign and multi-player.

I AM NOW GOING TO BREAK BATTLEFIELD 4 AND SOME HOW BUY GHOST BECAUSE OF THIS CRAP! EVEN THE SAVE IS ON MY XBOX HARDRIVE! CMON! I PAYED OVER $100.00! FOR THIS! PREMIUM AND GAME! CMON! battlefield you have really failed me X( im giving you 24 hrs till i take my game back and stop holding my 6 friends back too. OH AND 6 FRIENDS THAT ARE HAVING THIS SAME DAMN ISSUE! plz bf dont screw it up X( plz!

i started the campaign twice already. when i wanted to go on the next day it alway only gave me the option to start a new game.

I'm playing on xbox 360 btw

I switched to MP after playing about %66 of the Campaign and when I went back to playing the Campaign, it only takes me back to the Difficulty settings and I have to restart the whole campaign all over. I did notice however, On the battlelog site, that it has my accomplishments and chapter reached. Is there anyway to retrieve the battlelog info back to my Xbox 360 so I can continue the Campaign where I left off ? HELP !

how do you save the game?I just quit to the main menu but when I played it started again!

That there is potentially your problem.

First, I'm not sure if the campaign is saved in the cloud. If it's only stored locally, it's based on the computer you use. Second, if it does save to the cloud and her wi-fi was down, there is no way for your game to sync to the cloud.

Were you playing on a different PC to the one you were on at your friends house?

i have internet connection the wohle time. the savegame is on the harddrive of my xbox. just ingame its not showing up to resume. "new game" is the only option available...

I had this problem on PC. What i did was go into the orgin client, moused over battlefield 4, and clicked on the little (i) button to take me into settings. I turned off cloud data so it used my local settings, restarted orgin and My campaign was back to normal after that. Aparently it never saved my campaign progress to the could, so when i told it to load from cloud, it loaded nothing but a new campaign. If it's using local data, it will have to be on the same computer you played the campaign on to load your progress. Hope this helps somewhat.

Having wifi connection had nothing to do with it. I played it more at my house, where i have wifi, & the game data still didn't save. I still have all the trophies from the gampley as proof but it keeps restarting the campaign. Also, i see i'm not the only one with this problem...
