Battlefield 4 can't join any server "You Have been kicked by Punkbuster"

This is the error message I get when trying to join any matchmaking server: 
"You Have been kicked by Punkbuster"

THINGS I HAVE TRIED:
-uninstalling and re-installing Punkbuster from the BF4 files ("pbsvc.exe")

-uninstalling and re-installing Punkbuster from the Punkbuster website (evenbalance.com, "pbsetup.exe")

-allowing Punkbuster through my windows firewall via Inbound Rules (both PnkBstrB and A .exe)

-allowing Punkbuster through my windows firewall via Outboud Rules (PnkBstrA .exe in System32)

-restarting my PC

-running BF4 as administrator

-running Origin as administrator 

-restarting Origin

-Using EA Play beta instead of Origin

-Restarting the PnkBstrA and B services

-repairing BF4's files via Origin and repeating all the above

NOTHING HAS WORKED

I have had this problem before and it stopped me playing for MONTHS. I re-installed the game today and it was working fine this morning with no issues!! After a long break and coming back to it this evening it has broken itself and I can no longer join any matchmade servers or anything through the server browser. I have troubleshooted for hours now and I am no further to playing the game I bought YEARS AGO and was able to play perfectly fine LITERALLY THIS MORNING. The only thing that has changed was that my PC was shut down and rebooted later in the day.

Other background programs that I have running usually and have tried shutting down to test if they have an effect include but are not limited to:
-Valorant Vanguard anitcheat

-Discord

-Spotify

-Steam

-OpenHardwareMonitor

-MSI Afterburner

-Realtek HD Audio Manager

-Nvidia Control Panel

-Mackie Control Panel

-EarTrumpet

-TaskbarX

-Google Chrome

If anyone has any idea of anything else I can try that I have not listed above I would be greatly appreciative. I have attached an image of the error also.
