Battlefield 4 China Rising code not working

Hello my china rising code is not working I have already tried to redeem it but when I did I couldn't download anything. It now says I have already used it and I can not download it I got this code f...

    Hi,

    if you do not have premium, the release date is 17-12-2013.

    Untill then the content is not available. The code is already

    linked to your account so it will still be active on release.

I'm having this same issue.  I went to change payment options, redeem code, put my code in again (it starts the download), but it goes from 1% to 99% pretty much instantly, and then after downloading it doesn't show up as downloaded.  Also, I don't see how this issue is "solved", unless it's referring to the answer regarding it just coming out for non-Premium members.

    Hey my dlc code of china rising not working.it came along with battlefield 4 limited edition.
