Battlefield 4 China Rising Expansion Pack Download Code cannot be redeemed due to used or invalid code error.

Hi laurelparas,

You will need to contact the retailer you purchased the key from and advise them that the key doesn't work.

    I have the same problem.  We purchased online through Origin, but can't seem to find a way to contact anyone about this.  I entered the code in October and it was valid then. Now that China Rising Expansion Pack is available, it did not download to my account and the site indicates my code is invalid now.

      Hi Stathos007,

      Try going to the store and selecting the DLC from there, some users found they needed to do this to get the content downloaded.
