Battlefield Companion
I need to ask this just to be sure. So They made an app where, and only where you can check your stats and awards of your previous matches in Battlefield 1, and then decided to shut it down? Because I haven't found any way to get it working in my phone anymore. And now there is no way for example for me to check what ribbons I got from the previous match?

The app was sunsetted a while ago, unfortunately. Some elements still work on the website version (https://companion.battlefield.com/companion/), such as emblems and so on, but you can't view stats.
There is, however, Battlefield Tracker (https://battlefieldtracker.com/bf1) which will show stats and let you see some info about past matches. It is third-party though.
