Battlefield 4 crashing, can't spawn once

Question

So I've been playing Battlefield 4 a lot, but I tried activating the XP boost recently, and it's completely **bleep**ing me over. Everytime I try to spawn even once, I crash immediatly. I've been trying to play with my friends for the past 2 days, but I no longer can. I can't do anything, it's just a crash festival. I can't deactivate the XP boosts, and the timer only goes down when your alive, which I can't even spawn so that's not an option...&nbsp;

My friend had this problem, but we worked through it. Every time he would spawn it would crash, despite the clicking deploy once. Doesn't work! We fixed his problem by updating punkbuster. Punkbuster doesn't update automatically on its own. It hasnt crashed yet ever since he has updated it. Please post if this helped you.

I had the exact same problem. I couldn't spawn and got the DX error a few seconds later. Updating Punkbuster seemed to fix it. Thank you, Sir!
