If there is any doubt that the language setting of the Origin client was the cause of this download issue, please see my earlier postings where I have asked how to change the client platform language. My email did not show the one reply that came from someone in the community and I just noticed the reply tonight while trying again to get things set up to download Battlefield.

Usually language of the game depends on the region where it was purchased. If the game was purchased in China, the language of game will be in Chinese. Also for Russia, Germany, France and etc.
In your case I think you will need to contact EA support to solve your problem with the language of the game:
1) Go to http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/ .2) Select a game or product and select your platforms (Mac or PC). 3)Select a Topic (Some topics do not support the option "Live Chat". If you select "Account Management" option "Live Chat" will be available. If you select a "Account Security" option "Live Chat" will not be available). Also, I advise you prepare all information about your Account. Other methods to contact EA support.
