Battlefield 4 download on xbox360

I am trying to get the battlefield 4 disc to download on my xbox360. When it asks to accept  the 2 GB download I hit ok then a screen pops up telling me that it will only be installed on the xbox360 console hard drive. I am selecting the xbox hard drive (which has 2.2GB available) and it keeps giving me the same screen. I tried booting the console, deleting the initial setup and redooing everything. Still no luck. What amI missing? Can you help?

That additional installation is only downloadable onto an internal HDD and is not compatible with USB drives.

The xbox is the internal HDD drive right? This is the storage area that I am  picking to download to. It says it has 2.2GB available. But it is like it does not recognize the xbox drive.

Billsmo, try deleting some extra files from the HDD to make more room, it may say there is 2.2GB left but some of that may be taken up by system files that have the space reserved making less than the 2GB needed to install the disc.

Also, just a point of Clairficiation, as per the warning on the game case, BF4 cannot install on the Xbox 360 Slim that only has the 4GB flash drive memory.  If you do have this model you must purchase the 250Gb of 320GB internal HDD  for the Xbox 360 Slim model in order to play BF4.
