Battlefield 4 error 1 on all servers no matter what I tried

I tried reinstall the game, reinstall punkbuster, battlelog said could not join server [1], checked ban status on bf4db all clear. How can I fix this?

    If you are not able to join any server and you are getting kicked by fairfight, then it could be possible you have been banned. In that case, you should check out the link below, nobody else can assist you with this issue on the forum.

Hey, did you find a fix for this issue?  I'm a new player on BF4 and have had this error prompt since I first tried to join a server.  Quickmatch goes for a while and then says 'Matchmaking Failed Could not find a suitable game, please try again later.'  I haven't played a single online match so I can't possibly have been banned.

    I can join servers after a week, I googled it and found out that fairfight would ban an account for week on 1st strike, many people were banned a week by fairfight like me while they didn't use any kind of cheat like me. DICE won't fix this old game , I guess you have to wait for a week
