Battlefield 4 Exclusive Beta Pre-Load Install
The Battlefield 4 Exclusive Beta Pre-Load does not install for me I downloaded the 5.6gb and it will nto install.

EA StaffMake sure you are running Origin with administrative priviledges. To do so, right-click the Origin icon on your desktop or in your programs list and select Run as administrator. If that doesn't help, are you seeing any error message?
Mine says I can't install it still when I ran it as administrator and the entire game is gray but transparent. What am I doing wrong?

I have just spent a couple hours in live chat with probably the coolest tech I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, it seems there is an issue with the creation of an install log text file not being created, since I'm no programmer by any means this may be an isolated incidence, however in the __Installer folder for battlefield 4 there should be an InstallLog.txt file, which is not there for me. This has been brought to the attention of the folks at EA and they should have a fix soon. If that file is not there for you as well, then you may have the same issue as me and will probably have to wait for a fix or reply from EA but if I get anymore info I will post again.
