Battlefield 4 FPS PROBLEM
I have an ASUS PC which has:
-AMD A10-5750M 2.5 GHz Quad-Core
-AMD Radeon HD8600M+8650G Dual
-8GB RAm
But even in lowest settings multiplayer gives me maximum 30 fps. I cannot believe that my rig is that bad because people with Core 2 Duo even play it with 60 at least. Can anybody help me please?

Your rig should be fine to run BF4 on an moderate FPS level.
At first, please check your latest video-card driver and check what version of the origin client is installed on your computer. Install the newest driver for your video card.
Go to your custom settings of your video-card software. Disable all extra options for enhanced graphics and set the preferences for AA and anisotropic to “use application settings”.
Set the BF4 graphic options to “low quality” or reduce AA and anisotropic filtering to a minimum.
Launch the game, if the issue is solved, you can try to set the graphic options higher. It might be that one specific graphic option is causing this issue (like v-synch). Update Direct X and Microsoft .NET Framework and reinstall your Visual C red. with Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 3.Can you please tell us which Windows version is installed on your computer?
Cheers
