Battlefield 4 free play is error

I am a player in Battlefield Play 4 Free for 4 month thereafter became slow. The game wiped then went back to the site of the game so I download this game over again, but when you press "play now " download window appeared But there was another window that read "an error occurred: failed to write registry value : installation dir " Please what to do. Thanks to the readers of this letter

In Windows, open your Control Panel, then Programs and Features. Look for the entry for Battlefield Play 4 Free, if present, then right-click and choose to uninstall. Once this completes, try to install again using the usual steps.

When you "wiped" the game before did you manually uninstall or just delete the files? If the latter, try going to Control Panel > Programs & Features and manually uninstall, then try to install again.

Can you give me a clear explanation of how to re-order Battlefield final guest Alabh because Wright special file for Battlefield but I can not delete it . thank you for reading

I tried the way but did not succeed, but when you search on any special file Battalion there a special file for Battlefield but I can not delete Can you help me please,

Was there an entry for Battlefield Play 4 Free in your Programs and Features list? If that couldn't be removed, what was the error message? Also, be sure that you have closed down everything to do with the game/install when you are trying to take this step.
