The only person who can help you with ea codes not workking is an ea help center agent your going to have to have them call you.... go to https://help.ea.com/ ... at the bottom right it will say contact us click on that..... Then sign into your origin click on still having trouble at the bottom right and then click call back... open mon-sat 0800-2300
