Hello, i am stuck. Hannah does not spawn and the door to be kicked in is invisible. This was a free game from amazon prime. Is there a work around or fix? thanks

Hey, @Moephor can you try to do a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with Battlefield 4 and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.

Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

Hello @EA_Atic Thank you for taking the time to assist. Clean Boot and restart resulted in same issue with no Hannah spawning and the door invisible. Attached is my DxDiag report which gave me no issues found. Maybe a driver issue but Nvidia all up to date. Thanks again.
