Well its 4 AM were I'm at and I was told it would work withen "A few hours," which I replied that I would be in contact with them in "A few hours." Theres no no way this is going to be fixed tonight and if its an ISP issue, I doubt it'll be ready come the 30th at 7 PM. Pretty bad situtation and I expect some kind of compensation...

So... it feels more like an IP geolocation issue than an ISP issue, per se. I mean, an ISP issue in that certain ISP netblocks are coming up with the wrong IP geolocation...
Anyways, I'm in the same boat - and I've got a static /28 SWIP'd to me at my address. I've checked Akamai's Edgescape database, and while my city isn't right, my state and country are, so I can only assume they aren't using Edgescape and are doing something else for geo-location...
I just reloaded my game screen and an update for BF4 started downloading... but it's still reporting the 30th at 4pm. Sigh.
