Battlefield 4 Help lost my progress
Hey so I play on Xbox one and I log in and I see I have no progress it says I’m level 14 but nothing is there this is so annoying pls help

Is it when you log into the game you are level 0 or?
/Atic- @EA_Atic ok so I’m kinda new to battlefield 4 I’ve been playing battlefield 1 so I’ve been playing a lot of battlefield 4 lately I got to level 14 then when I log in the other day all my guns were gone and also when I try to play the battlefield game mode or large scale conquest it say I don’t have the dlc installed when I look I have all the dlc for the game and also I’ve looked on to battlelog and it says I have everything and when I look at my rank now it’s 13
