BF1 conquest mode not working on one account but works well on a second account

BF1 conquest mode not working on one account but works well on a second account.  All accounts have their own BF1 bought legally.  No problem at all for a long time, but since 2 days one account  can only show operations modes, but not conquest.  My other account is working well, but I want to use the other account where I am at Level 116, and only at level 50 or 60 on the other account.
