Battlefield 4 installation

Hi, I pre purchased battlefield 4 and battlefield 4 premium about a month ago. Today i tried to download the game, and it said that the game is not released yet. Furthermore, it offers me to purchase battlefield 4 premium under ther DLC section, even though i have already purchased premium.

Are there any solutions?
