Battlefield 4 Installing Multiplayer Stuck at 29%

I belive this is EA hacking their own game so they could force us to play bf1 theres no logical explanation for this hundreds of people is having the same problem and they gonna blame it in the cd which is really clean by the way ,same thing apple is doing with they iphone so people could buy their latest versions Im stock at 59% on multiplayer

Before the disk was broken it was stuck on 22%. The solution was to buy a new disc, any vertical scratches or dents in the disk no matter how small can and will mess up the multiplayer install, you can try cleaning the disk, but if that doesn’t work that means the disk is too “dirty” or “damaged” to install the multiplayer, thought I’d give a definitive answer because I did everything these people have said and it still didn’t work (this is also the top search on google when trying to fix this issue). snapped the old disk because it had a tiny dent by the opening in in the middle on the clear plastic part which rendered the entire disk useless somehow, hope it helps
