Battlefield 4 is not showing up under "My Games" list after purchase.

I already contacted the help desk to no avail because they even re-added the game to my brothers account but we still couldn't see anything. This is also why I think it's more computer related someh...

      morningtimecloud It's not even showing that bar, he only has the bar with "My Games" and "Store". The transaction is also set as completed, I really think this is something about the registry file or something.  Since I can see the game on my computer, just not on his.
