Battlefield 4 Isnt downloading on ps4

So yesterday i started the digital download of Battlefield 4 on Playstation 4. This morning, i checked and it said in my system downloads that it was "installed". So, i open the game and it says that the campaign is 100% downloaded but the "full game" was 39% Downloaded. It stayed at 39% for about 3 hours, then i reset my PS4 and my router. I turned it back on and it was at 45%. Now, for over an hour it is still at 45% and I can only play the first campaign mission, the next one says it is only 1% complete. I checked my internet and i had a download speed of 10 mbps, which is up from the usual 8 that i get. I just want to know if this is in fact a problem with my internet or is it a problem on Sony's end or is there something wrong with my BF4 download or what? Im getting extremely irritated right now, and I know that something for sure isnt right. Your help would be greatly appreciated, thanks
