Battlefield 4 keeps crashing after naval strike patch

I purchase this patch today through GAMESTOP, but when I imput the redeem pass code, ORIGIN'S desktop dont show that I purchase it or own it throught the redeem code or show any access to download it...

When you redeemed your code, did you got the window that you successfully activated the game?

    Mine get stuck on loading screen and the then the game craches and gives the message, "Battlefield 4 Stopped Working". I Also tried to uninstall and install C++ e many others fixes that others suggested and nothing worked for me.
