same issue here.... plays perfectly smooth until random crash gives me white or gray screen and hardlocks.... no bringing it back... have to hard restart. Dont have this problem in any other game, not even beta version.
and yes, i have the latest nvidia drivers.... everything on my computer is up to date

Everyone report on your gpu's vram usage in MB because i have found that when the game reaches around 1.8-1.9GB of vram the game freezes and crashes....
I have the same issue even after i updated my Graphics Card Drivers
cant even play -amd6900 series and soon as map starts pc crashes -now given up -what a waste of time- will send back as unplayable if no good tomorrow -every thing upto date
all these independent snake oil duct tape suggestions don't work. i actually tried it all.
it's the &^(*&( game.
EA just needs to fix it.
Another one to add the list of users with the dreaded crashing problem. Gotten to the point where i've just given up on trying to play.

CPU parking disabled
Pagefile adjustments
general system tweaks and optimisations
game repair
game reinstall (on to different drive in case a fault with SSD)
different BF4 settings (quality, textures, resolutions etc)
launching from different browser (both x64 and x86 versions)
UPnP disabled on router, firewall and AV disabled
