Same problem here. Happened about three times already, all of them in random situations. The image freezes and the sound starts to loop. I think it's preety strange that I played the beta for hours and more hours and never had this problem. Even in the BF 4 SP campaign I didn't have this issue, so I think it's a multiplayer bug only (and also never had this playing BF 3 or any other games at all)
I'm not being able to post my Diagx Info because it exceeds a lot the limit of 20000 characters, but my system is:
Windows 8.1
GTX 670 (using driver 335.61 WHQL, which is the latest released)
Core i5 2500k
Gigabyte Z77X- DH3
16 GB Corsair Vengeance
