Could any MOD plz acknowledge that they are aware of this thread and have escalated the issue??

I'm sure they are aware of this thread. What I would like to know is what are they doing to fix this and when will this problem be solved. Its obviously a good number of people having this same issue. When I pay over $100 for a game I expect it to run and run right when I want to play it.
I had a crashing problem with battlefield 3 and when i sent a support email i never got a response. Long story short i never got to play BF3 since luanch week. Wouldnt be surprised if they never fix this. I knew i should have gotten this for the next gen consoles instead. 😕mileymad:
