I did a clean install of Windows and installed only the latest drivers for my hardware and Origin then BF4. I was able to finish the campaign with no crashes. I payed a little of the MP but was not impressed with it. Since then I haven't even launched the game since before Christmas. After this expirience with EA and their lack of customer support I will not buy another EA product. Nor will advise anyone else to do so. There are plenty of other publishers out there that will honor their products and insure they work as advertised without this much frustration.
