I have noticed that direct x show that my videocards memory has 5g instead of 2 :
just run dxdiag and see the tab "screen' .
Could it be that directx thinks it can use more?

Hmm, I hope it's DirectX's fault. If so, maybe the upcoming mantle patch can fix this. :D
