11 years agoI have a similiar problem but it only occurs in campaign...
Mission 1: Baku, right after the heli chase when you drive into the water and onto the submarine, right after you get the splashscreen of "M412 Rex unlocked", my PC force reboots...
No matter what I do: Tried borderless instead of fullscreen, mantle/DirectX
My Specs:
CPU: i5 4670K not overclocked
GPU: PowerColor R9 280X Turboduo not overclocked with latest driver 14.2
SSD: Kinston SSDnow 300 120GB
HDD: Hitachi 1 TB 3GB/s 5600 RPM
RAM: 8GB Crucial Ballistix Sport 1866 Mhz
PSU: Seasonic 500w
MB: MSI G45-GAMING
This force reboot happens in no other game, only bf4 in that exact spot every time

11 years agoPossible solution for many. If you have recently rebuilt or added anything to your system, check your RAM or your RAM slotsin your motherboard. I had continuous crashes at seemingly radom times. I exchanged my RAM and now I have NO PROBLEMS !!!! You can check it by using one stick at a time and or moving it to different slots to see if a RAM slot on your board is bad.. Good Luck I hope this helps a few of you. I wish I would have tried this sooner.
