Battlefield 4 Live Support

Hi i am a having trouble switching russian to english, i have been trying to connect with live support on the past 3 days, with no success, i have waited more 5 times, each time on two different brow...

    If you have the key for an English version a customer support representative should be able to upgrade your game without you loosing any stats etc. But again, you need to be able to contact a representative at help.ea.com

    Try closing Bitdefender, clearing your browser cache and opening a private browser window and do the following:

    http://help.ea.com/contact-us

    then you can create a new conversation with an EA advisor by clicking "New Conversation".

    Then you have to select the product you want help with, the platform and the topic

    When you have done that you need to select the method to make contact with EA

    The available methods depend time of day, time of week and holidays in the country selected in the selector in the top left corner:

    Changing the above language to United States or similar can sometime make live chat appear if it's not available in your country.

I am willing to buy the english version if i keep my soldier level and the package, i have tried today firefox, edge and IE, i am using bitdefender as anti virus... not sure why i can't reach

    I did those things, it didn't work, but i reinstalled flash and disabled all other addons and extensions on IE, and it worked!
