Battlefield 4 Low ping

Battlefield 4 being ping problem When I installed Origin new version. My internet 1.2 MBps. I used to play BF4 no problem.

      Hey @GodPaperMan, 

      I am trying to help you but you're not making any sense. 
      So you're having a low ping? That's great. The lower the ping, the better. 

      But what are you meaning with 4XP?

        It has got "4XP BOOST CURRENTLY ACTIVE!". I've got problem with high ping :'(
