    No, that is not possible.

    There are different servers for every console, so they'd have to make all platforms connect to the same servers and that would be very laggy and hard to do.

Apollo_v7 is correct, there is no cross platform matchmaking even on the same brand (ie PS3 does not play with PS4 players, PC does not play with Xbox Players etc).
