Battlefield 4 not working

Me and my friends are big fans of bf4 but about a month ago upon downloading china rising I have been unable to play because my primary weapon is useless it shows as if I don't have one equipped also some enemy and team players appear to be invisible and the sound is delayed or sometimes not even there is there anything you can do to help me also I am a premium member
