battlefield 4 on PC and PunkBuster kicking me for no reason

ERROR
Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'verulmarine' (for 0 minutes) ... RESTRICTION: Service Communication Failure: PnkBstrA.exe

so im getting this error and i've tried literally everything i can imagine from re installing punkbuster to not using it, to game re installation. It appears the punkbuster a isnt running in services(at least i didnt see it) and i know its installed correctly. any help? cuz nothing ive found has been of any help or use and its really frustrating not having a "contact us" option. also, ive watched multiple videos trying to help and have read every forum yet none of them have solved this. wtf?!?!?!?!

    I choose a server and than the game open it selfs and after a 1 it crashs and at the browser at the bottom there stand:

    error
    Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player '123456789moz1234' (for 0 minutes) ... RESTRICTION: Service Communication Failure: PnkBstrB.exe initialization failed

    How could I fix that?

    I was getting this same error and tried the following. Not sure what got it as I did several things at once, but I stopped getting the error after doing this and re-starting. 

     

    Diabled UAC (instructions here https://help.ea.com/article/game-crashes-to-desktop-on-windows-vista-windows-7)

     

    Clean Boot (selective startup, link is to a Microsoft site: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135)

     

    And then I copied the BF3 PB folder from BF3 and pasted in to the same location for BF4 (for me, I pasted the bf3 PB folder to here: (C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4)

     

    I stopped getting that error after doing all that and restarting the PC, hope that helps!
