Hi I wanted to play BF4 again after the addition of the new map back... Then this update came out now i can't patch the game, it says: "Battlefield 4 will not run on your current operating system you need to upgrade to windows vista or newer." but I have window 7 64 bit... Any help please?

Figured it out, you need to go to origin, then property's then compatibilty mode and then instead of Windows XP change it to Windows 7.

Battlefield 4 os not supported? windows 7...

Hi,

-Go to the games folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4) and find Bf4.exe. Right click it and go to PROPERTIES, then COMPATIBILITY and tick the box next to RUN THIS PROGRAM AS ADMINISTRATOR. Also make sure that it is not running in Compatibilty mode for Vista (or anything else!)

Do the same with BF4_x86.exe as well.

This could work, however I tried to re-install it first, and now I can't even download it anymore... So I don't even have the Battlefield 4 folder...

Hi again, make sure that your temporarily turn off your firewall/anti-virus when trying to download the game again.

Also, if you have Origin installed try running it as Admin and then redownloading the game.

-Run Origin as Administrator
Right click on Origin.exe and go to properties. Then go to compatability tab and tick the box next to RUN AS ADMIN.

If you donthave Origin then downlaod it from Origin.com
