Battlefield 4 PC can't Install from disk stuck at 35%

Hey I am having the same problem and I was told 2 try opening another admin 1st shut down your computer 2nd restart it 3rd u will see when it comes up if your using a windows 7 by dell a list of profiles to login to your computer you'll wanna make another 1 somewhere in I believe the control panel and then sign in in that profile and then try installing it should allow u to install it .
