I think there is something more to it. I have tried disabling the firewall, opening the ports, DMZ, reinstalling the plugins, toggling the upnp setting, etc. Its not a problem with the web plugin as I can see the pings in battlelog. As far as I can tell on my end its either a firmware issue with my router or the isp is blocking something. I heard some isps block small packets maybe that is whats going on.
