Battlefield 4: Premium - PS4

Hi, I have 2 PSN accounts in my PS4 (one for US and another UAE) both are linked with 1 Origin account. I wanted to know if I buy Battlefield 4 premium with my USA PSN account, can I have all the features in my UAE account?!
