I read through all links as much as I can carefully. But if it means Battlefield 4 Premium Membership is an add-on, why both Premium packs cost same price?

Premium edition has both the game (BF4) and the premium membership while premium membership is a DLC that requires that you have the base game to start with. Hope this helped.
