I bought the battlefield 4 premium version and I can’t access dlc maps or weapons but the game still tells me I have premium and premium shows up in my add ons but not any of the dlc packs
I checked the add ons section and it showed I have all the free dlcs and premium but nothing else. Also when I checked my add ons it told me I had premium for battlefield 1 but I don’t think it told me I had anything else for bf1 but I could still access all the dlc maps and other stuff. I should probably mention I’m using ps4
I will try that next but currently I’m trying to rebuild the ps4s database

I'm having the same problem. I bought the BF 4 Premium and went to play the expansion pack games and it wouldn't let me. I went and looked at "My Game" section of Origin, right clicked BF4 and clicked on "Show Game Details", and then clicked on the "Extra Content". It has all my games there and shows that they are installed on my system, but it wants me to pay $15 for each game, after I went and bought the Premium Edition that already had all the games.
I have uninstalled Origin and reinstalled it, I have uninstalled BF4 and reinstalled it, I saw where If I empty my cache it might help, so I did that, I've also ran the "Game Repair" on it, and I'm still unable to play any expansion pack game without buying it again. Please help, really confused on what is going on and what to do next.
