Battlefield 4 premium help

I bought the regular bf4( no pre order) but I bought the premium off the main screen of bf4 start up but all I have gotten is a bf4 pre order theme. No tags, nothing.

Is there more? It keeps telling me to buy premium on battlelog like it doesn't recognize that I paid for it.
Help?
