Battlefield 4 Premium isn't working on my PS4

I paid for Battlefield 4 and the Premium version on PSN for my PS4 and it says I don't have premium even though it says I do ? I'm so confused. I downloaded all 37 gigs of the game content and it's saying I can't play premium without having a Playstation Plus account. So I tried the 2 day trial version of Playstation Plus and it let me play the regular maps on Battlefield 4 but won't let me play the premium content. It says I have all the premium maps but at the top of the list in the premium section it says I still have to buy premium for $49.99 even though I already purchased it? HELP ME PLEASE !
