Battlefield 4 premium not working?

I got battlefield 4 premium from ea access, installed it and everything but when i go to play tge DLC maps it tells me i havnt bought them and askes me to purchase them?

    The best thing you can probably do is to contact EA here: http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/ , or calling them as you said.

    Tell them exactly what your problem is, that you've gotten Battlefield 4 Premium via EA Access and that you are unable to download the DLC´s for free.

    Hello!
    So, I think what's going on there is that you haven't downloaded them correctly or, maybe, your EA Access ran out? Helpful?

    Unfortunately, DLC´s are not available as free downloadable content to members of EA Access, eventhough . I do believe you get a certain discount for DLC´s though.

    EDIT: Read now that it was Premium you had, so you should actually have access to all of the DLC`s for free. What platform are you playing on? If it's PC, restart Origin and see if it changes anything.

    Hello thank you for the feed back, but on ea access it says "Battlefield 4 Premium now included wit EA access" so I went and downloaded it and if I'm not wrong I thought premium comes with the dlc?

    I'm on the xbone I've restarted everything uninstalled everything and reinstalled them

    If you read what i wrote again you can see that i edited my text. Just as i stated, you should indeed have access to all of the DLC´s because of your Premium membership.

    I'll investigate this and see if i can come up with a possible solution!

    Yeah I've already done all that I'll give it another go if it's still being annoying I'll give EA a ring, thanks for the help 🙂

    I have this issue to, but I bought a recent promotion which granted premium. It says installed too, but I don't get any of the benefits

    Hi mate what i had to do to solve my problem was download the all the dlc from the market place. So if you type in the search bar the name of the dlc then select it/them it should say you own it and you can download it there. Hope that helps let me know if it does 🙂
