Just did a live chat w/ a EA rep, took about 10 mins and they gave me a redemption code... Downloading everything to Xbox One right now free. You should try again & my rep wasn't the least bit rude.

  Hi STLKER117,
  Click on the Help Center HERE or the link by your sign in.
  Change the counrty setting in left hand corner to that of the country your in.
  Select the subject e.g "Game", "BF4" you will find at the bottom of this page a "Contact Us" tab, click on that.
  Then navigate the field selection until you get a chat response.
  I think that covers it.
  Sorry for the delay in response. But I haven't been on Answer HQ for a while. But I hope this helps.
