battlefield 4 premium xbox 360 did not transfer to XBOX ONE

Hey there guys. If you have any questions regarding about premium transfer I recommend you to contact an EA Game Adviser by following the steps below. Be sure to explain your problem clearly to them.

 Follow the Steps to contacting an EA Game Adviser:

1) Click here to go to the EA contact page.

2) Select your game and platform, Then click next.

3) Select a topic and write about your problem.

4) Click next and select your preferred contact method.

I posted this on Trueachievements and im not sure if this will work for everyone but its worth a try at least and it worked for two of my friends.

ok, so this may be a little late. But this worked for me.

1. Go To http://www.battlefield.com/battlefield-4/premium-membership
2. Select xbox one. (This should bring you to the xbox.com site.)
3. Log in and return to the original page for premium on the xbox site
4. It should show up free

Ok Guys,

Basically as seen on the link above to the battlefield .com site, Premium transfer has been extended for 360 users who upgrade to Xbox One and the July 31st 2014 deadline is no longer in force.

You will still need to purchase another copy of the basic game though.

Hi STLKER117,

1. Click on the Help Center HERE or the link by your sign in.
2. Change the counrty setting in left hand corner to that of the country your in.
3. Select the subject e.g "Game", "BF4"  you will find at the bottom of this page a "Contact Us" tab, click on that.
4. Then navigate the field selection until you get a chat response.

I think that covers it.

Sorry for the delay in response. But I haven't been on Answer HQ for a while. But I hope this helps.

I did the steps and called them but they sent me to Xbox support when i was there i could not find out how to transfer my premium.
