I had BF4 premium already purchased and downloaded on my xbox 360. Now I have an XBOX ONE and BF4 on it. Everything has transfered except my premium. If i go to the store to download premium again it wants to charge me money again .why has my premium not transfered over to BF4 XBOX ONE? Thanks Steve.

I had a live chat with EA and they advised that the premium had to be purchased all over again after the date of the 31st of july. very disapointing as i purchased an xbox one on the 7th of august!! so not only I purchased bf4 from the shops now i have to pay $69.95 for premium 7 days later!! (i had purchased both bf4 and premium on xbox 360 already not long ago)sounds like a money making scheme to me, not fair at all.I was offererd a 15 % discount as I am a valued customer (according to EA.) very poor discount. if it was made clear that this would be the case i would of purchased the xbox one and game earlier and not waited until my birthday (8th of august).i ive paid my fair share of monies to ea and microsoft already. why cant they just transfer my premium free of charge? not right that some customers got the free service and not others! we have all paid the same amount to play. now it will cost me another $69.95.thanks EA great.

Ok listen up guys,If you purchased Premium membership before the 31st July 2014 for Xbox 360 you should be able to transfer your Premium to Xbox One.Here's what you need to do.After logging in to your Origin account here.1.Click on "Help Center" next to your login.2. Select the correct country from top left hand corner.3. Select "Games" tag top left.4. Select "Battlefield 4".5. Scroll to bottom of the page and click on "Contact Us" tab.6. Chose contact option you wish to use.7. Follow given instructions.8. Once in chat explain your problem. You may be asked to verify your Origin account and the support operative has been authorized to give you a Premium code. This should sort you out. After applying your code to the XB1 you will need to re-download the DLC from the Xboxlive marketplace.9. Don't take "NO we can't help any further is there any thing else sir" as final.10. If at first you don't get the answer you want, return again until you do. Thats what I did.11. Also give Xbox support a go.I know this as an senior EA customer support delt with Microsoft on my behalf. But I had to re-purchace Premium before Xbox would refund me to my live account.Please spread the word as it is only when asked does support seem to be giving this information up.

I just spoke with EA support yesterday and they advise me that they were working on a fix for this. That a code would be sent out or they would do it over an update. I wasn't given a time frame though.

The same thing happened to me. The customer service rep was very rude to me on the chat and gave me false information and date about the discontinued promotion to transfer over premium to xbox one. Tried Microsoft today and they said that EA would extend the date just waiting on a call from ea right now. It seams very shady that they just impose this cancellation date at the last second.Just trying to squeeze as much money as they can.

Hello.
I just wanted to add to this forum, to let you know something strange that happened to me.
Having bought BF4 on Xbox One (After buying it on 360 and buying Premium a year earlier) I found that when I went to re-buy premium, to see how much it costed again, it was for free (said 0.00), perhaps this might happen to you? Give it a try and please let me know if that works for you guys.

I'm having issues my premium didnt transfer to my x1 does anyone kno if I could hook my 360 to my x1 n transfer it over sum how?

Sorry but no you will not be able to transfer via connecting your 360 to XB1. You can hook up and play your 360 games through your XB1 by connecting it via the TV tuner input (I think its an HDMI socket) in the back of the XB1 see this youtube vid. Connect 360 to XB1
To transfer your premium from 360 to XB1 contact EA help center via the link in the top right hand corner of this page near your login.
Did you try going to the XB1 live shop or the ingame store look for Premium try to go to purchase Premium again. You might find it is available at £0.00/$0.00.
If so just reinstall. You will also have to reinstall all the DLC map packs once you have premium installed again.

i got battlefield 4 premium on Xbox 360 and then on Xbox 1 the only thing is though that all the premium stuff I can't get because premium has downloaded but I can't find it on my Xbox it says it's on my games and apps page but when I check it's not there how do I get it to be there and for me to play premium with all the battle packs

Try highlighting the BF4 tile in your games and apps and pressing the menu button. Then go to manage game. Check to see if the premium is there and depending on what is possible either launch or install.
If it's not there check 2 things
1. Go to the on game store and check the Dlc shows as installed.
2. Go to the far right of your games and apps to check if the dlc is there ready to install.
And lastly as I mentioned above you have to re-download all the premium maps again separately.

Hope that solves your problem.

Resurrecting an old post here...
I ran into the same issue in transferring Battlefield 4 Premium from Xbox 360 to Xbox One. In the Xbox Store it prompted me to purchase the content again, but in the in-game store it shows the cost as $0 but fails to purchase it. I first went to EA Support and they said I had to work it out with Xbox Support. Xbox Support said the game is not backward compatible so it could not be transferred. So I did a little digging around and found in the content description on the Microsoft Marketplace ( https://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/Product/Battlefield-4-Premium/58f1fa12-bf62-44e6-b7fc-44ebc40cd79b ) where it says "Owners of Battlefield 4™ Premium for Xbox 360 will also get Premium access on Xbox One."
After showing that page to Xbox Support, they decided it was worth looking into. I was then able to go to the Xbox Store, find Battlefield 4 Premium (add-on), and it said it was a free download at that point. All better!
