Battlefield 4 ps3 campaign if I die in Shanghai no video

Battlefield 4 ps3 campaign if I die in Shanghai after reaching helicopter I can hear the game but no video. I have restarted the mission and reloaded the game with the same issue. I did contact support but that was a huge waist of time.

    I'm having the same exact problem. It's really annoying.

    I had to switch down to easy and after clearing first wave but before I opened the helicopter I set out a bunch of clay mores. I know its a bs way to do it but they blew the "upgrade"☹️☹️
