It's now 2017, September 23. I keep having similar issues and the websites to contact tech support are still below sub par. Seems still there are no damn answers just basic threats they may shut down your acct after an investigation. They never answered me if progress is recoverable or not. Bottom line : 4 yes plus of same damn issue = EA Games does not give a rats * about the customers supporting their over inflated wages, they refuse to return your money using every excuse that's B's ( not responsible ?) . There has been no progress just FU and steal your bucks. Thanks EA Games for the migrains and solving nothing in half a decade. won't waste anymore $ of mine on obvious uncaring companies like this again. Eyes open, life elsewhere.
